Product Manager

Responsibility

  • Identifies possible solutions of a technology in given domain

  • Extensive Market Research for product specifications, road map & positioning

  • Serve as the internal and external brand ambassador for the product offering

  • Analyze business opportunities within a quantitative framework by market sizing, ROI models and revenue projections

  • Identifies features of the product based on the target market

  • Co-ordinates for completion of the required product and demonstrations

  • Co-ordinates with sales team for pitching initial pilots

  • Productization including marketing collaterals, Pricing and packaging

Skill sets required

  • Experience in product marketing/management

  • Experience in Product conceptualization, implementation and management.

  • A degree in technology (A management from a premier institute is preferred)

  • Enthusiasm to learn and adapt to different domains and technologies

  • Ability to interface effectively and establish quick credibility and confidence with: Engineering, Sales, Business Development, Design, and External Partners

  • Great oral and written presentation skills

Pre sales Manager

Job profile

  • Identify capabilities of products and solutions that we have

  • Identifies engagement solutions for a brand/ vertical segment based on the brief provided

  • Creates techno commercial presentations and proposals

  • Works with sales team across the country towards sales closure

  • Coordinates with delivery team for implementation of the solution

  • Provides necessary feedback for development team to improve the offerings

Skil sets required

  • 4-6 years of overall experience with 2years of pre sales experience

  • A degree in technology and/or management

  • Understanding of web and mobile applications architecture

  • Experience in creating presentations and proposals

  • Enthusiasm to learn and adapt to different domains and technologies

  • Tech savvy with deep understanding of social networking and other internet branding technologies

  • Any exposure to advertising and media would be highly preferred

  • Completely owns all campaigns and customer communication

Skill sets required

  • Experience in managing multiple project involving multiple vendors in a SI environment

  • PMI certification preferred

  • A degree in technology and/or management

  • Understanding of web and mobile applications architecture

  • Project and team management skills

  • Customer front ending, reporting, risk management

BluFi Operations Manager

  • Plans for the deployment based on the feedback from locations and campaign execution team

  • Sets processes for deployment an monitoring of network

  • Identifies tools to monitor the process and results

  • Owns SLA and ensures same is always met

  • Inventory and asset management to ensure optimum investment

  • Owns budget and cost management

Skill sets required

  • 6 years of experience in managing complex and production IT environment

  • PMI certification preferred

  • Experience in defining processes and tools

  • Project and team management skills

  • Experience in running a production environment


Head Sales - Mumbai
